What outstanding service! We were camped in the area and had an unexpected emergency with our Escape travel trailer. We visited Jim and his staff and found them friendly and welcoming. They listened to our tale of woe... and suggested possible DIY solutions and then re-arranged their schedule to provide on site service the next morning should the DIY suggestions not solve our issues. We had a problem with our 12 volt house power supply and needed repair as we passed thru Courtney. Jim did a great job of fitting us in quickly and the tech that did the repairs was great. In 10 years of traveling this was the best service I have found. Excellent work , quality parts and fair pricing. Job well done.
