Not a good experience here. Contacted them early this year for an insurance claim for awning damage. After booking a day to come out and look, they were a no-show. No phone call to let the customer know they weren't going to make it. I called them again and got a new date and same thing. No-show and no phone call. Called in again, got a new date and same thing. Fantastic service here. Mike and his team were really able to help me out when I was in a tight situation. I needed a few repairs and was travelling between campsites and called as I was leaving one site and heading for the next. I needed a work done on my power awning, and also my jack. They moved a few things around and were able to squeeze me in within an hour of my call and got both jobs done in about an hour. Amazing service, expert experience. We’re doing some first-time RV restoration and repairs on our old Boler camper and were met with excellent service and advice. They went out of their way to show us an example of the repair we wanted to make, and made sure we had some extra supplies we didn’t know we’d need. NO upselling, turns out we really needed the extras and were very grateful they’d shared their expertise once we got started.
