I hired Courtenay Plumbing to swap out my hot water tank. Dominic was very communicative and easygoing in gathering the necessary details and providing the right information. His guys came earlier today to do the swap and they were kind and respectful, and they were in and out quickly. The professionalism of this company was great and I look forward to having them do work for me again in the future.

Installed a gas hot water tank on my house build. Once moved in the hot water tank blew up first shower. Called for emergency warranty work on their installation happily said they could fix the issue tomorrow, they came did nothing to fix the issue. Left me without hot water for 2 weeks waiting for parts that weren't even the solution to fix the issue.
