Dr Zambilowich is new to this practice, he moved from Nanaimo’s Caledonia Clinic. I had an appointment booked with him after waiting 6 months and then he moved. Caledonia told me I have the option to cancel or keep my appointment, I chose keep my appointment and they said call back if you change your mind. The day comes and I drive down to Courtney from Nanaimo just to find out I don’t actually have an appointment because they didn’t transfer any patients or standing appointments when they moved. My Dr. Is new to the clinic, I will miss the old office and staff. My first impression at the new clinic was not good. The lady at the front was not very nice at all. I'm going to give her a second chance. I hope she remembers to be kind. Will post again once I make my appt.
Dr. Nakhla is one of the most caring, dedicated, personable and detailed doctors. I am so grateful for all his help and work, he was so helpful during my pregnancy and with all after then. He will be missed.
