I’ve been going to this clinic for almost 30 years And I’ve always treated the staff with patience and respect and received the same in return They’ve always accommodated my difficult work schedule
I have come to this clinic to accompany a friend of mine to a doctor appointment on a few occasions. There is one older looking receptionist there that on different occasions has been very rude and short tempered towards patients that have come in, as well as the tone of voice she uses. The way she chooses to speak to some patients definitely made me feel uncomfortable even without being a patient in the clinic myself. For someone who deals with the public and especially in a medical setting, she should know better.
I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years, but ever since my doctor retired, the experience has gone downhill fast. I’ve been waiting almost a full year to be assigned a new doctor, and despite understanding the current shortage of physicians, the way I was treated when I called for an update was incredibly disappointing. I never write reviews, but people need to be warned about the receptionist at this clinic. In all my years dealing with medical professionals, I have never encountered someone so consistently rude, unprofessional, and outright hostile. Her behaviour is shockingly unacceptable. If zero stars were an option, she would get them without hesitation. Someone needs to address the disgraceful way this receptionist treats people. Love my Doctor, but as per all of the reviews before their customer service/reception is absolutely terrible. Whoever did the Phone message needs to redo it as well because it’s 👎🏼. Just goes to show you how much effort goes into the reception/customer care. Always get sent to voicemail even when I call during their open hours. I’ve tried calling within the first 10 minutes of them opening so as not to call during an overwhelming hour, no answer. Good luck contacting them/giving a call back
