I had my first massage at CMT with Stephen Smedly yesterday, and it was exceptional. He’s highly skilled and intuitive, with remarkable palpation skills and a natural ability to find exactly what needs attention. I see Stephen Smedly. He is amazing. I went in with a pinched nerve. He made me feel so much better. I and my physo was very impressed with how my back reacted to the massage.. It was moving freer and there was some relief.. Highly recommend if you like a DEEP tissue massage...

I’ve seen many therapists in the Comox Valley, and Stephen has provided more lasting relief for my chronic pain than anyone else.
