I noticed an immediate improvement in mobility after seeing Elysse for a short period of time. She has helped eliminate pain and pressure in my lower back and hips. My husband is also a patient and he has also noticed significant improvement in range of motion. Highly recommend her.
She was great! I am returning because Melissa fixed my first back/rib issue. I do not like getting massages, but she made it so comfortable. She listens to your issues and works on that with experience.
Stephen was a lovely experience for my first time going to a RMT. He was very skilled and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in strong, capable hands. Released a lot of tension in my shoulder/ spine/ neck, and helped me pinpoint where the source of my long term injury might be. Highly recommend!
Today was my first visit to Courtenay Massage Therapy, and I was immediately struck by the great energy in the space. It felt welcoming the moment I walked in. Elysse is very gentle and always pinpoints areas that need attention, leaving me feeling “put back together.” Working full time as a dental hygienist, I very much appreciate her ability to understand the unique physical demands of my profession and share knowledge about anatomy, posture, and everything in between. Her treatment has had a real and lasting impact on my professional comfort and quality of life, and I can’t recommend her enough as an osteopath.
