This massage was absolutely exactly what I needed. The style of massage that Stephen used was something I hadn't experienced. His strength/pressure worked well with my thick/knotted muscles. My range of motion for my neck has been restored in 1 treatment. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing first massage with Aaryn this week for a general relaxation massage with focus on neck and shoulders. Excellent technique, thoroughly went over my concerns and health history. Took time to check in and make sure I was comfortable. Clinic is spotless and cozy. They direct bill and have lots of availability with many practitioners. Parking was ample, location was right in town and very convenient. Will be going back.
The massage therapist, Stephen Smedley had excellent knowledge of muscle anatomy. I came in with lower back pain connected to tight glutes and he worked into all the right pressure points. At home I was instantly able to stretch easier and could feel more blood flow in my back and hips after the appointment.
