Dr Edwards is nice guy and caring professional..unfortunately his office staff are the worst I have ever seen. It takes days for phone calls to get returned, from patients or pharmacies, if the calls get returned at all. I can not believe this is a problem with not enough people, he has more nurses in his office than any other doctors office I have ever seen, yet none of them pick up the phone.
