I was with Courtenay for over 10 years, and my family being customers for decades with no issues. I got married and got my wife on with them too. My wife got in an accident and everything was ok until about a year or so later when we got a notice saying we were being kicked off of state farm, for one accident. So we got kicked off of our insurance for one accident in 10 years. Was very upset to be treated like that after being such a loyal customer.
Courtenay and his team in Cinci are wonderful to work with. I have been with them for about 8 months now and they have always been there to answer my questions and are incredibly fast when responding to my emails. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
