CourtCall is a faulty and defunct system that violates the constitutional right to be heard, and cannot be trusted. A CourtCall Moderator admittedly "accidentally" canceled my appearance where a default order was entered against me, without my ability to be heard. This violates my first amendment rights. CourtCall's system confirmed the matter was continued BEFORE the hearing, but then later admitted they actually CANCELED my appearance, meanwhile, the judge proceeded without me.
