We just returned from a 5 week tour of New Zealand and Australia. This ‘DREAM’ trip has been a goal of ours for 30 years. We were waiting to retire to make it a reality. I worked with Nancy Cutter to begin planning a trip to Greece which included a very expensive cruise. There is an upfront charge for longer term planning which I was glad to pay. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable and was super helpful, but she completely dropped the ball in the middle of the planning and I didn't hear from her for months. I had to begin working with another travel agent to complete the trip planning.
