I have tried multiple times on 3 different dates to try to reach someone for an appointment. First impression, front door mat to the side and unwelcoming entrance. The woman on the afternoon of May 31st was with someone and didn't acknowledge me for several minutes. When I asked about the inability to reach anyone, she said all the stylists have their own phones and answering the number that's advertised, is not her job.
