Hands down the best service and trust I have ever experienced. I fought for a year in a half to get my insurance to cover a new denture. When I I finally won my appeal this is where I was sent. Came from Klamath falls. Every week for a month. Josh listened to all my issues with my denture and made sure it fit exactly how I needed it to. It wasn't that he made it wrong it was the fact I have a very small mouth due to FAS. And he worked hard to make sure I was comfortable. Love this place and would definitely recommend them!!!
My experience with Court St Dentures was easy, professional and quite a relief. My elderly mother is in late stage Alzheimer's and lost her bottom denture. The dentist and receptionist were so helpful, accommodating and kind. Thank you.
Having teeth made
I went in to get my top denture. It has never fit properly. Dr. Edward Eplett made me feel like it was my fault the denture did not fit correctly or there was something wrong with my mouth. I not only bought my denture for 1600.00 I also put down a 1000.00 deposit for other work I may have done. Dr Eplett (and I use that title incorrectly) did an alignment for 490.00, about 2 weeks later it still did not fit right so I went back in to get some resolve. All I can say is don't use them . They were paid $1600 for an upper denture that I picked up 1 day before leaving for the winter. They did not fit and were missing rear teeth that I had in my current dentures . They said to bring them back when I returned in the spring and they would fix then.
