I went in to get my top denture. It has never fit properly. Dr. Edward Eplett made me feel like it was my fault the denture did not fit correctly or there was something wrong with my mouth. I not only bought my denture for 1600.00 I also put down a 1000.00 deposit for other work I may have done. Dr Eplett (and I use that title incorrectly) did an alignment for 490.00, about 2 weeks later it still did not fit right so I went back in to get some resolve. All I can say is don't use them . They were paid $1600 for an upper denture that I picked up 1 day before leaving for the winter. They did not fit and were missing rear teeth that I had in my current dentures . They said to bring them back when I returned in the spring and they would fix then. I brought them in and they set up an appt to come back .Now mind you I never wore them at all and when I came into the appt I noticed the color had way too much brown in the teeth so I brought that to their attention and they said they... read more
I have waited 10 years for my new set of top dentures and they were made in October 20 24 and it is now February 2025 and they still do not fit correctly. The last time I was in, I was made to feel like it was my fault that they didn’t fit. The receptionist Becky is awesome and she made a different appointment with me with Josh. I couldn’t make that appointment because my schedule has changed and I have left numerous messages to reschedule and I have never received a phone call back. I am beyond frustrated
I have been trying to find somewhere to help my father-in-law with his dentures since his wife passed away. I live out of state and he is not eating. I have called so many places and just got turned away. When I called Court Street, the gentleman was very nice and listened to my story. I work at a Dental clinic in another state and understand how frustrating it can be trying to get help with dentures that were not made by that company. I haven't finished my complete experience but so far the people that work there are alone worth the 5 star review. I can not thank them enough for all their help and how comfortable they have and continued to make me feel. They are flexible especially since Iive out of town. Seriously amazing people
