We used Court Square Title when we bought our first home and they were so kind, professional and thorough that we went back when we bought our second home. Mary Ann walked us through every detail of our closing. There were no surprises, no shady fine print, and she answered every one of our questions in detail and in a way we could understand as newcomers to the process. Court Square has been around for decades so they've seen everything there is to see in real estate. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Mostly competent work and friendly upfront. However, they were incredibly unhelpful and rude during follow up issues that arose related to my buyer's attorney--this included insulting me over reasonable and basic requests in an email while accidentally CCing me. Left a terrible taste in my mouth and was extremely unprofessional.
