The owner of this place is the rudest person I’ve ever come across and a court program. I was running late and had called like the lady who usually does my monitor told me to do and I got refused to be seen for my appointment and was told that I would be called on Monday to schedule a new appointment. So basically your employee does it one way, but you want to run another OK, cool I get that but you refuse me service because of your employee and then they have a nasty attitude on top of it and be rude. Avoid Court Programs of North Florida at all costs — especially if you’re dealing with SCRAM monitoring. My experience with this business, and specifically the owner Jessica Danielson, was nothing short of a nightmare. She was incredibly rude, demeaning, and unprofessional from the start. What’s worse, she falsely accused me of testing positive for alcohol during my 30-day SCRAM period — with absolutely no evidence. I have sent Jessica 3 emails about me working here for 2 days after she hired me and I left my job . This lady ain’t paid me yet I did not clock in and out but thankfully i recorded me at the desk and recorded Jaleel do all the installs I will be calling the labor board

Stay away - these folks are crooks. Pure extortion with hidden fees. They also will force you to pay CASH for the obvious fees that are made up by this owner and have no relation to the program for removal, even though you pay a removal AND install fee already, hence the CASH requirement for ONLY that one fee so it cannot be traced. Watch out! If you have to use one of these court ordered services, be sure to avoid this place at all cost, there are a couple companies that have these contracts. On top of the $ that is already needed to pay for these things (usually $100+ a week) they slide in hidden fees, for example to remove a device, they insist there is a removal fee that must be cash. Even though they charge your card religiously, this fee you cannot use your visa on file…CASH only. The 170$ install fee is supposed to cover removal, per their parent... read more
