Had a suit altered. They did an amazing job at pulling in the waist on the pants and the sides of my jacket. Cost $100. They were also completed it by the given time!
I had 2 dresses altered at the same time, they were supposed to be altered to the same length. One dress was hemmed way too short to the point of the dress being ruined. When I asked for money back, I was told I agreed to the height of the dress even though I showed them the other dress I had with me that was hemmed to the correct length. The dress that was hemmed to the correct length was also supposed to be taken in and was not. All of this for over $100. Will never go there again!
The outcome was outstanding. I was worried based on reading other reviews that there may be a problem with court house cleaners. I didn't find that all was good!
Great place! I came here after choosing to try another shop on the other side of town. They had more stars but the reviews aren't always an accurate depiction of the experience that you'll have. The other shop did a pretty rough job on some shirts and pants that I had altered. When I asked that they correct the work they politely tried to convince me that I didn't understand how I actually needed my clothes to fit. I decided to just let it go.
