This was our first time coming here to get my daughter’s dress altered, and we had such a great experience. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. They had my daughter try on the dress and thoughtfully asked for her opinion, which made her feel really special. The alteration itself required a lot of detailed work, but the price was very reasonable, and we were extremely happy with the final result. Had a suit altered. They did an amazing job at pulling in the waist on the pants and the sides of my jacket. Cost $100. They were also completed it by the given time!
I had 2 dresses altered at the same time, they were supposed to be altered to the same length. One dress was hemmed way too short to the point of the dress being ruined. When I asked for money back, I was told I agreed to the height of the dress even though I showed them the other dress I had with me that was hemmed to the correct length. The dress that was hemmed to the correct length was also supposed to be taken in and was not. All of this for over $100. Will never go there again!
