Just got my beloved bike tuned up at The Bike Shop in Carroll Gardens and she rides like new. They’re kind and friendly and do excellent work at a reasonable price.
So helpful even just over the phone. Fantastic, practical, good humored.
Brought my bike in for a flat tire—they fixed it and even greased my chain, which I really appreciated. This is my second time here, and every time they work on my bike, it feels great. Good service, no overselling—highly recommend!

Truly my worst experience at a bike shop. They sold me a part for exactly twice its online price, forgot to fix my brakes, and they cut my ulock without permission as it wasn't getting mounted.
