I had a very bad experience at this shop. I brought my bike in for a few specific things, which included new tubes and tires as well as a few other things (fender install, front stabilizer install). I was told up front that the shop was busy and that I probably wouldn't get everything done the same day, which was understandable, and that only the tubes and tires would likely be done that day. Went in for an emergency tube replacement and they greased my chain with no extra charge!
Just got my beloved bike tuned up at The Bike Shop in Carroll Gardens and she rides like new. They’re kind and friendly and do excellent work at a reasonable price.
