I came in with a single speed that needed a new freewheel. The freewheel was stuck, operating like a fixed.I asked for a tune-up in addition to the replacement, as the bike had been outside for a year. The shop called me back a week later to say the tune up was finished. They forgot about the free wheel, and said they would order one. I had a very bad experience at this shop. I brought my bike in for a few specific things, which included new tubes and tires as well as a few other things (fender install, front stabilizer install). I was told up front that the shop was busy and that I probably wouldn't get everything done the same day, which was understandable, and that only the tubes and tires would likely be done that day.
