Absolutely unacceptable experience. The way my grandfather and I were treated by this program was completely unnecessary and extremely disrespectful. My grandfather was parked in a handicap-designated parking space and had a valid handicap placard displayed. Staff came outside and confronted him about parking there and told him he could not park there.
