am very shocked by the treatment of animals in this facility. I was waiting in the lobby for a walk-in visit with my cat when I heard a man BEATING a dog in the back. The dog was whimpering and It was extremely loud and clear. The man was screaming at the dog to not bite again. I cannot believe what I heard today. Please be aware that your animal could be abused in this facility. I immediately left after this and will NEVER be coming back
