Reached out to request a return, they sent me a return label. Then refunded me everything but the cost of return label, which is fine, but when asked, they said I elected to use the return label instead of shipping myself. That was never given to me as an option. I could have shipped it cheaper than what they charged. Shady practices. Edit for their response. No I was not, I contacted their customer service directly and they emailed me the label directly. They never mentioned anything other than to attach the label.

Found this mount specifically for my classic VW Scirocco and it fits perfectly. Absoluteley love it. Very unobtrusive. Did not realize how much those old suction cup ones are now so 2015. Fit, form and function are top notch. Keep up the good work.
Lots of money is spent on promoting these products. Unfortunately the mount for RAM trucks is not sturdy at all it is a flimsy piece of cheap sheet metal that supports the phone like a wet noodle it wiggles to the point that you can't read the screen while driving . Mine is mounted in a RAM Limited I can't imagine how it would perform on a lower trim level or something with with an upgraded suspension. Save your money and look for a cheaper spinoff that is more solid and secure.
It doesnt fit correctly! I purchased a phone holder for my bronco and the milling tolerances are off. It simply won’t sit flush in its intended depression on the bronco console. There were plenty of good reviews, and certainly parts of the phone holder look to be well engineered, but it simply doesn’t fit correctly. If you’re not paying attention, you can get it to screw in, but one edge will be sitting on the lip, not completely in the depression.
