Best price by a long way
This company organised shipping for a TV I purchased through Sony. Item had not arrived after 3 weeks. Sony have been absolutely no help so reached out to the courier company myself. They stated the TV had been picked up and was at their warehouse. But at the same time could not confirm where it was and when it would be dispatched. Absolutely no updates. Was told I would get a call back and they never did… The worst shipping experience ever.

I rarely write reviews but I have been extremely pleased with Robert and his team. They handled all the logistics and paperwork in getting 2 shipments of mine from Australia to the US in the past year. Both involved very heavy antique items greater than 100 years old and all arrived in the same condition that they were sent. We used DHL as the transporter and they did an excellent job with these fragile items. Thanks again for your assistance in coordinating these shipments from Australia through customs to the US.
