So i have used this company multiple times to ship but what I dont understand is why when u ship a product directly to warehouse it cost less than when you drop it off in person there is a set price per pound for shipping however when u go there they charge more , for example i sent a generator by air it weighed 55lbs that was suppose to cost me $131 but Ian charged me $175 and still wasn't delivered on time,another thing I sent a box the other day with courierjamaica the box was placed on a pallet when I dropped it off but ... read more

This company lacks professionalism!! On the website it reflects that the business operates from 9am to 5am however upon arrival the sign at the establishment shows 9am to 4:30pm. The staff was highly disrespectful and refused my package at 3:05pm with a claim that they stop accepting drop off at 3pm. When I tried to gain an understanding as to why they're closed to the public at 3pm but operating hours differ, the gentleman i assume to be the manager/owner started shouting "weh yuh want" and proceeded to behave in a distaste... read more

Went there for the first time to ship and the service was very poor, the guy was so unprofessional and rude. Will never go back there and recommend them.
