Went there for the first time to ship and the service was very poor, the guy was so unprofessional and rude. Will never go back there and recommend them.
Deceitful, they keep your packages for 3 weeks then notify you that the package has been waiting for pickup and additional fees will be added. Where was the same text when the packages just arrived. Won't be using again. Bunch of choppers. There was NO notification sent two week prior. So don't bother with the stories. I got the same exact text from the Santa Cruz store and the Christiana store, that's how I know it's a pattern to get extra money from people.
My son bought and delivered a phone to this company and the delivery was made to another company they are affiliated with. Both companies refused to take accountability after Courier Jamaica Inc for it.I needed it to be dealt with promptly.
