I would like to give Zero star if possible, don't booking this place. No lift, No storage for your gears. You have to grap the key from far away place.
Stayed during the summer. Nice views from number 11. Well equipped apartment. Only thing missing is the WiFi. However, the beds are of really bad quality and the hot water ran out very quickly. So what started as a nice experience, turn a bit sour at night...
Terrible services from Buller Holidays Apartments. The staff, Hannah intentionally gave a wrong address to make me wonder around for an hour when I refused to take a valet taxi which costed $200. I already used a valet taxi costing me $135 for 9 people from car park to the reception. They tried to charge again for a short distance which took only 5 mins walking. Unbelievable rip off services. Mt Buller is so much more commercial than any other ski resorts I visited in Victoria. Do not recommend Buller Holidays Apartments.
