Booked 2 nights away here via a third party booking agent for my partners birthday weekend...I don't know where to start!!! Firstly a lot of problems happened before we even left the main land, the day prior to heading over we tried calling for over 5 hrs and trying ever option available, left a message- no call back, eventually sent message on Facebook messenger and finally got a reply from someone who said they would get someone to call straight away to try and confirm our reservation and confirm that the information suppl... read more

There no staff members, bar was closed, pool was green, tolites were locked and there wasnt anyone at reseption. Looked like a scene out of walking dead, sack the gardener. Oh and did i mentuon the bar was closed, there was a sign saying karaoke at 8 we waited till 9 and no one came.
