The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff are always super helpful. I appreciate the confidentiality and that this is a safe place to have open dialogue. Aaron, has helped me tremendously with the start of my journey. I look forward to the times we meet while discussing different topics/ techniques. Strategies that I can use both, at work and everyday in life. I recommend this place and I'm growing more and more, with each visit. Thank you to the team for helping me start my journey.
Courageous Healing has been one of the best decisions of my life. My therapy sessions have become one of my favorite days of the week because of the growth, support, and healing I’ve experienced here. My therapist has been incredible, and the entire staff makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed every time I walk in. I’m so grateful for this safe and supportive space!
