We had such an incredible experience working with Courage Pools on our new pool and spa! From start to finish, the entire team was punctual, professional, and incredibly kind. I can’t say enough about how amazing Courage Pools is! The communication, the time line, the products, the vendors, all wonderful! The owner even came out multiple times to double check the project, and even filled trenches so the concrete crew staying on time! I highly recommend Courage!!
I went back and forth on whether to write this, and frankly part of me feels bad doing so, but ultimately, we don't feel good about the $100k+ we spent on our pool--and that's not something that should be ignored. 1. Sloppy Workmanship Concrete & deck – The joints are visibly misaligned and the pool deck slopes in places. just did final walk thru on our pool with Jim Courage. Got quotes from other pool companies, decided to avoid the high volume company and go with Courage Pools and couldn't be happier about it. Testament is the fact everyone in the landscaping industry who was here for other components, including comments from an inspector, had great things to say about Jim's company. He micromanaged the process, at times was in the hole during excavation, eyeballing tile work, etc. A to Z was a very, very positive experience.
