A former neighbor recommended Courage Pools and we are very happy we chose them to build our pool. It was our dream to finally have a pool and we wanted to be sure it was well built and in our budget. Jesse and Jim were here often to make sure things were going well and Jessica kept us informed of the schedule. They made sure the work done by all the contractors was done correctly and as quickly as the weather allowed. The pool is even better than we imagined and we can't wait to enjoy our backyard this summer!

Of all the pool companies contacted, this company was the ONLY one that required a fee for consult. I went ahead and paid them as they came highly recommended. What a rip off!!!! The designer came out and that was all good until he informed me he was leaving for vacation for three weeks. Basically after a couple of emails before he left I didn't hear from him until a month later with a promise of a new proposal with the proper numbers due to an error that was made. We are first time pool and spa builders/owners. Courage helped us throughout the process. From the first meeting to the last the Courage team was open, honest, transparent, and helpful. They did what they said they would. They met all the timelines set out and were generally a pleasure to work with. Jesse, Jessica, and the owner Jim were all involved and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend Courage if you are considering building or updating a pool.
