I carry insurance and was able to use it after my visit. The person who helped me did a great job. The reason why I’m giving a low rating is due to the charges that were submitted to my insurance and to see those costs were disturbing. I was only there for 50 minutes and they charged my insurance $600 for that visit. When businesses submit over inflated prices to the insurance industry like this, we end up paying for it in the end when insurance company’s raise the cost of our premiums.
All the staff here and very nice and caring and Derek was my physical therapist and he was very professional and helpful and kind and I would recommend this location to anyone here in Eagan
