I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received in physical therapy after my knee replacement. In particular, Keli Jo is fantastic and really works to help clients achieve their goals. She is very knowledgeable and has many tools and ideas to assist clients. Beyond that, she has a wonderful personality. I would highly recommend. Everyone there is very friendly.
The surgery center and myself have been hounding this office for my records so I can get my ablation done on my back.
The care provider was great; however, when I received my bill I was in shock. I learned that because Courage Kenny bills patients through Allina Hospital I am subject to my insurance's outpatient hospital benefits that resulted in a $450 bill rather than my $50 specialty care co-pay for an office visit. The Courage Kenny Champlin location looks like an office/clinic, not a hospital.
