Get there EARLY, it seems to take at least 15 minutes to check in even if there isn't a line.Have a card which is inconvenient for PCAs now having to pay with THEIR $. Stood there for 12 minutes utes before being checked in for open swim, $20 in hand and she waits to tell me after taking an additionL 5 minutes utes pulling up his name even though he's been coming since he was 2...THEN tells me card only. Then they want to waste more of our swim time to fill out paperwork...AGAIN, so paid$10 to swim 30 minutes. I used to get ... read more

The upbeat, caring and encouraging spirit no longer exists as it did when it was Courage St.Croix. Kitty Andersen and others who created the financial opportunity for that Stillwater location would be deeply saddened to see what it has become. There is no longer that "human touch" of caring since Allina got involved. All corporate, some staff are absolutely cold and rude, short in their conversation and very rigid in how they speak.
