Great facility, best therapeutic pool in the state. Wonderful staff.
I absolutely love this place. While there are downside, (you can find that everywhere you go) this place (specifically my therapists) have helped me so much. And I know I am not easy to work with my any means. Unfortunately my mental health gets in the way of most things. But my therapists are so understanding of that, and work with what I may need that day. If one day I can do more we do more and if one day it’s just a rough day we don’t push it. I was referred here by Eye Care Associates to work on a concussion/vision issues. All these people were nice and basically were ineffective. I went to WOODBURY EYE CARE and had a wonderful experience with vision therapy and Trent Cole OD and his team. If you live in the East Metro he was the only one I could find. Also, I worked with Learn to See Vision in Mpls and Les Alsterland OD is fantastic with prism glasses. Disappointed when something breaks in the rehab gym it takes forever to fix it. It just seems to not be big deal to anyone but when you use something it is. At this point I need to find somewhere else to go. There is no sense of urgency to fix the equipment. This is not a reflection on the therapist I've worked with.
