I must say I am happy with my physical therapist. She knows what up. Adjusts exercise for me. Recommend for others.
Cancelled on me the day of with only a few hours notice. It seemed very unprofessional and so I have chosen to look for a more reliable and considerate clinic to seek treatment at.
Arrived for an appointment this afternoon only to have the Front Desk staff tell me the Occupational Therapist had cancelled the appointment and deferred my treatment to a Physical Therapist instead. I did not receive a phone call alerting me of the cancellation. I had spoken with the receptionist at 11:20 a.m. and there was no mention of today's appointment cancellation or a need to reschedule due to staffing. The office manager Tim was little to no help.
