I'm giving one star because of stylist attitude doing the beginning and end process. I not happy with style it not what I asked for... I was going to get human hair she advise against it. She later say I was luck she did it because she hates doing twist. I can tell it's not what I wanted it to look like (pictures below) . She seem rushed in the process of doing my hair. Honestly this started out okay until, the person braiding my hair left and her sister started working on my hair. The only thing left was the top portion of my head. The original braider started and finished another head before her sister finished the top of my head. The sister had a hard time parting as the owner and the original braider kept coming back over to help her out. I can usually keep braids in for a minimum 6 weeks.
