I was very disappointed with my stay at this resort. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel and resort, the experience fell far short of expectations. Room: The room was noticeably dated. The carpets were heavily stained and dirty, and several curtains were broken. The wood-burning fireplace filled the room with smoke, even after following the provided instructions and opening the flue. Just back from a two night stay over Easter weekend. Our Jr. Suite was lovely. I liked the cabin feel. It was chilly enough for a fire and the hot tub was lovely! Dinner was spectacular. We had our own parks pass and we enjoyed two shorter hikes in Algonquin. I loved coming back and having the hot tub after a hike. It’s a great, easy getaway!
came for a special occasion. on arrival we were told that our pre booked spa package was unfortunately not available. we were told that this was due to an aesthetician quitting. we came to find out later that it was due to some temp workers being deported. while not within the control of the spa, they did not call us ahead of time to let us know. they waited until check-in and had largely an “oh well” attitude. i felt deceived. the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, they are however, dated. the location is fantastic. ... read more
Searched up couples resort in Ontario with Hot tub. Amazing stay. Check out offers on web site. Paid for 2 nights got 3rd free. Comes with breakfast and 5 course meal for dinner. Food at no extra cost. Besides lunch. Amazing chefs and staff. Really went above and beyond. Breakfast delivered by room service daily. You pick the time. Great way to wake up. Have option of dinner in room or restaurant. Loved the service at restaurant. I could go on forever. TRY IT!
