Very good service from the front desk, always willing to help. My ute wouldn't be on the road if not for couplers

Bought a silicone reducer from them (odd size) didn't fit in the space I had so went to return it a couple weeks later only to be told we don't sell that brand and they would not refund me which I understand but I 100% bought it from them. fitting was on the docket but no brand specified and have only ever bought one of these fittings ever in my life so now have $75 fitting I have no use for
