Terrible customer service! Was told my product would be in stock in 2 weeks, 6 weeks later I was sent a poorly painted sample product instead of the powder coated one I paid for. I was then lied to about the powder coated one not being in stock when it was and was told I would have to wait 3 more weeks and pay extra if I wanted what I had payed for.

I thought I’d buy AUS made to ensure quality & support local but… within a few weeks towbar powdercoat started to flake and steel rust. I tried to get rectified by the Couplemate team but they informed manufactured to AUS standards and aesthetics not covered by warranty. When you take pride in your gear and ‘couple’ with a new vehicle, obviously aesthetics are important. I now have to get repowdercoated at my expense - have been informed on assessment no primer used by Couplemate… Save yourself the expense and buy cheaper... read more

Awsome, good products and good quality, Recently ordered brakes and bearings for my caravan and one of the brake shoes was damaged in the freight, rang couplemate and it was replaced with a new brake shoe, Definitely recommend couplemate, will use couplemate for my next service again 👌

Ordered an AL-KO 3500kg Off-Road hitch for delivery to the UK. Unfortunately damaged by the Carrier. Special mention for Josh, exceptional customer service, he promptly shipped a replacement, with the second one I ordered.

The team was helpful, the products are great, and the website was easy to use. We have used Couplemate via the website and over the counter in the last few weeks and both were good experiences. We have a local supplier that we have used for some time, but will now use Couplemate even though they are further away. Thanks team.
