False advertising on their website. Per the website "Counxel is currently offering free consultations for qualifying matters through the Solar Rescue Program. If you’re in Arizona, Utah, or New Mexico and you have questions about a solar agreement — past, present, or pending — we want to hear from you. No pressure. No obligation. Just answers." I was just told over the phone that now the consultation is $350. Zero intention from the person on the phone to honor what they are advertising on the website.
