I'm new to the area and started calling companies for a septic pump out. After a few weeks of issues with the first two places I found County Wide septic and spoke to Rodger. It was Friday afternoon and he got me on the schedule for Monday morning. He came and did the clean out, was very reliable and communicated through the whole process. I'm glad I have a reliable company I can use from now on especially if I have any septic problems down the road. Thanks Rodger!
Mr.Robert is number one! He came out an hour after my emergency message and discovered my initial problem. He then took his probe and in the middle of 5 acres found the lid to the tank exactly where he stuck probe. This system was installed incorrectly by another company but Robert is coming up with a plan to fix my septic system correctly. In my opinion, he is reliable and honest. I know he has his customers best interests at heart. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Unfortunately I can't give a zero,but after not putting in a drain field after the 50 ft of straight white pipe to nowhere. He said he would make it right ,he never showed up.He after calling the county forcing him to come out he put in 100ft of drain field in I still can't flush my toilet for weeks. So if you want a quality job shop elsewhere I'm ashamed I believed a so called professional instead of fixing it myself like I've done all my life as an idiot.
