My Lennox heat pump failed to cool. County wide was able to diagnose and repair the unit as well as relocate it away from our bedroom window to a much preferred and quieter spot. While the work was done and while the unit functions appropriately, I feel the work was done in an unprofessional, sloppy manner. The line set was run rather haphazardly from the furnace to the condenser and was unsupported throughout its run in the basement.
