Our technician Ivan Gort arrived on time and worked tirelessly under this extreme heat fixing our driver side power window without a glitch. This is a 2006 Volkswagen Touareg. It is a bear to take the door apart and you have to take it apart by drilling out rivets on the window frame. I wish I would’ve taken photos. After he drills out rivets and rivets the frame back on. Highly Recommend them. Had taken a road trip and my windshield must have been hit with a rock. It had a 2 inch crack in it. Contacted my insurance company and selected Countywide to do the work. When I got back home, they called me to schedule the install. I asked if the replacement windshield would have the same logo that my current stock one had.
