John was fast and friendly. But they charged me $285 Left My Home unsecured with a 6 square foot hole where the window goes. They had my window sash for 10 days but didn't have time to clean it. I'm disabled and my affliction is in my hands and I know it it makes it very hard for me to do any work. Like putting up a board where the window was while the temperature was average of 33°F the week prior to them putting my window back. I'm standing up as straight as I can and my hands don't work. John saw my condition.
John replaced our shower glass for a remodel. He did a fantastic job...obviously takes pride in the quality of his work. He was on time and finished the work on schedule. The job was not cheap but as they say, you get what you pay for. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him. Bruce Boettcher
