Did not want to cut my tree down
I am utterly appalled with the behaviour of one the senior employees of this company. After shouting at my wife and children, he proceeded to grab my child’s arm and drag her away from the area. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. (edit) An apology would have prompted me to remove this poor rating, however you have decided to try and justify the “owner’s” behaviour.
