We’ve been customers of County Wide ever since we moved to Decorah in 2001. We purchased a new furnace, central air, water heater, and water softener from them, and their service, especially in an emergency, is outstanding.
I have been very happy Countywide since moving to Decorah over 11years ago. They have always been professional and quick to respond to phone calls or emails. Would recommend for routine maintenance, repairs or updates.
Great team with timely service. We can always count on them.
I had a lot of difficulty getting responses from county wide. Tech originally came out to look at the project and get details to quote but never actually completed the quote. I have called 5x over the last 3 months. One time I reached someone who said the guy to quote was out, the other 4 times I left a message and did not get a call back.
