BUYER BEWARE I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend County Wide Landscaping. The owner, ***********************, is so unprofessional and rude. He and I both signed a contract to have County Wide demo my old deck and then put in a new paver patio. Nowhere in the contract did it say they werent liable for damage done to my house during deck demo. I brought up the situation to ***** because his workers did do damage to my window and door frames. promises to come out to fix the patio they put in when it starts falling apart, (under warranty) but doesnt come and doesnt return phone calls
It was extremely bad experience! Owner refuse to fix patio work done by his company and violating contract Warrenty. Project less than one year old and already many issues and problems.
Business response:
We did go back and make repairs several times even though it was not actually warranty. The customer was not maintaining the stone with polymeric sand plus the fact that the stone we layed was OVER existing concrete. We explained that the stone will only lay as flat as the concrete below it but the customer chose this method to save money. The customer is demanding a set time for the repairs to be made; this is not reasonable or feasible. Thanks to County Wide Landscaping we now have an awesome patio. We wanted to replace our deck with brick pavers since we had those at our old house. I gave them some ideas on what I wanted and they set up an online meeting to go over their design. I was floored by their 3D design.
