Call Someone Else My home warranty company sent County Wide out when my ac stopped and my house was 90 degrees. The kid that came out told me what was wrong with my unit and that they would work to get it repaired. After several days when I hadnt received follow up, and it was still 90 degrees INSIDE, I called the warranty company. They told me that the same boy that was sent to my home had reported back that everything was fine and no repairs were needed. I cant understand what he gained by doing this.
