Jason Barnes was extremely knowledge, professional and friendly. Adjusted my freezer then took the time to ask about my other appliances. Even though my other appliances were working fine he was knowledgeable with the maintenance of each. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their appliances looked at.
Had a problem with my 60 day old LG Fridge. After debating LG on what "we" should try and after speaking with an additional 2 Managers, we were finally referred to County Wide, as we knew this was a warranty issue. Jason arrived and within minutes diagnosed where the warranty issue was. Ordered us a new Freezer Door...and proceeded to give us additional tips on our 4 other Kitchen appliances. Very knowledgeable and a Really great guy. We will never call anyone else.
