Jason was great. He was prompt with his arrival time, very friendly, very helpful, and gave great advice for helping extend the life of our appliances. We will definitely be calling countrywide again for any future issues we may have.
I purchased a nee freezer 11/29/25, light did not work. They put me with County Wide. Talked to county Wide and scheduled an apt for the second week of Dec. The morning of the apt a guy called and asked what was the problem and i told him about the light. He said ok im not going to come now, im going to order the parts then i will come out and fix it. Called Monday, scheduled service for wed morning. Service guy called Tues morn and came within a couple hours! Found igniter issue, and another unexpected issue of a wrong setting for gas! Bing, band, boom... New igniter, correct setting for gas and we're in business! Thankyou countywide and Wayne!!!
