My one can of garbage is NEVER PICKED UP! WORST COMPANY EVER! Do NOT use them! Not even worth one star. Even when you call, they do not follow through. Complete WASTE OF MONEY and they should be REPORTED to the BBB! They don’t do what they say they will do. I live in Orange County NY. The worst!!!! Absolutely the worst and least reliable garbage pick up service EVER!!! Do NOT do business with them!!! They fail to pick up almost every week. Even when you call, they fail to send drivers, after they “put in a ticket” I pay $150 every three months for nothing but overflowing cans, and frustration!!! STAY AWAY. Customer service is not reliable. The worst company to do business with. I have two homes. One in Orange County and one in Columbia county and I just canceled service forever with them. Dave Star from County Waste just happened to stop at our house asking us about garbage pickup and we weren't interested but we were looking for a dumpster for cleaning up the sheds and yard. He was very helpful and he set up the details everything ran smoothly. He kept in contact to make sure. I was very pleased with the service and price. I would definitely recommend county waste.
I have always had an excellent experience with Dave Starr.He has great communication skills, always called me back when I had questions regarding my garbage pick up.i would definitely recommend County Waste for ur Garbage Disposal.
Worst service ever! They picked up my neighbors trash & recycling but never mine. They would always mark it as picked up and never did. Always called and they said “due to shortages we can’t pick it up will next week”. Never doing business again.
