I've read other reviews here saying (1) overpriced and (2) unreliable pickup service. My experience so far has been (1) about half the price I was paying Waste Management and (2) they've made the pickup on the designated day about 5 times and delayed it one day 2 times. Compared to my WM experience, CW is very reliable. I'm thinking they all raise their prices every year and by exorbitant amounts, so don't stick with any one company for a decade. Way over priced compared to their local competitors and it just keeps going up, horrible service & customer service, trucks leak oil all over the street and they say they will send someone out to clean it up and they never showed up. Cancelled service and scheduled can pick up and again never showed up to retrieve their pails, Twice! I would not recommend this company. Far more affordable companies out there with better overall service. We Live in Orange County NY.

Constantly missed garbage weekly pickups. Will not come back even if full till the next week
