I’m extremely frustrated with the customer service I received from County Waste. In September, I called to notify them that I wanted to cancel my service at the end of my billing cycle in November. I was told my garbage cans would be picked up on November 20. The cans were placed in the same location they had always been—at the base of my driveway.
