Just got off the phone with County waste. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. The professional on their end was incredibly courteous, considerate, and patient regarding my issue. And guess what? It was MY error. And still she was amazingly considerate. Very pleased with their service for over 10 years

This company truly are con artists. I canceled service today and noticed that i was being charged for recycling. When i brought it up to the customer service representative, she had me on hold for 15 minutes before saying im sorry but we no longer do recycling and we stopped since January of 2023. They have been charging me all this time. Before i could of ask for a credit, she was like im sorry we dont give credits or back pay since your canceling service. Customers beware of county waste.

It was ok, for a while....but then....trash was picked up but not the recyclables. Called them, claimed trash was not on the street; not the case, it was! Next week (week# 2), same, did not pick up again, called them "will escalate to managements", next week (week# 3) did not pick up again. Called them "will escalate to management". Switching company, you can do better. My time costs money, they could not care less (not to mention stuff not being picked up!!!).
