My review is based on my experience with a u haul rental from here... 1)There was dirt/ debris all over the cab floor of the truck. 2)While driving, someones empty Wendy's garbage rolled out from beneath a seat. 3)The truck smelled like body odor and spices. 4)This location itself is dilapidated and hard to walk through to get to the agent. 5)The agent was rude and then dismissive over the fact that I apparently messed something up in the online reservation. Best thing about moving to Black Rock is having this place right around the block. They don't just sell things. They help me figure out problems and suggest solutions. Prices are as good or better as Home Depot. If they don't have something I need, they order it. Love my neighborhood hardware store. Going in the door makes me happy.
Great customer service and has the good feel of a true hardware store.
