This company's repair work completely ruined my house. Please refer to the photos. I was surprised by your reply. We even has the repair receipt. I live in Aria Condos. Whoever responded, please apologize to me first. I hope you don't shirk your responsibility. This company doesn't keep its promises. They don't respond to messages even after five or more messages. And don't make any promises with Dan. He never responds. And don't pay before the work is completed. Also, they don't finish the repairs properly.
We had an unexpected and major flood in our house from a malfunctioning dishwasher. Jose and Sean from County action came within an hour of our phone call. From the first day they were at our house till the last day they left, which was nine days later, the amount of care that they showed to remediate the problem, precisely, and the amount of hard work they put in were amazing. Highly recommend. I had a basement flood due to sewer backup and heavy rain. They were able to come same day and José and team pumped inches of water out of basement, sanitized and set up fans and dehumidifiers which had the basement about 95% dry by the end of the day. Very happy with their services and will use them again without hesitation.
We have used County Action (3) times, once for carpet cleaning, mold inspection and a sewer backup. The sewage cleanup was an emergency call after hours. Mike and his team were onsite within 30 minutes. Once the backup was clear, County Action took over and did the cleanup and assured us that everything was clean and safe. We recommend County Action whenever we are asked if we know a company who does this kind of work.
When water came into our basement last Saturday morning. I called County Action Restoration and Mike and Dan were on site in less than an hour. Quickly and efficiently they evaluated the situation and got their equipment running and within 4 days we were dry. I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Mike.
