Mike was very professional and knowledgeable and provided me with great tips to mitigate the dampness in my basement. Mike advised me of the proper way the humidifier should be set and sat it so that it can properly drain. I was very hesitant in requesting these services in fear that someone would overcharge me, but I am very happy that I chose County Action Restoration.
We had a great experience with Michael McCullogh. He provided a thorough explanation, left us assured that our issue was resolved, and offered advice if we have any other concerns in the future. Very professional and would highly recommend.
