Absolutely incredible from start to finish. I called in a panic after my flooring removal and installation went sideways. The original team from another agency found white mold and would not continue. They mentioned mold restoration would take days. We called multiple agencies and County Action came out within HOURS, not days. They did the mold remediation the next day, and during the initial conversation mentioned they did flooring, too. Mike and Sam came out to my property for an initial walk through and took the time to explain the nature of my situation, answered any questions, and didn’t just recommend me the most expensive thing. They truly took time to tell me what was best for me. They were extremely personable and helpful and I highly recommend using them if you’re looking for any one of their several services!
