Doug took the time to explain what went wrong with my vehicle and showed me exactly how it failed. He got me on the road quickly and placed an order for parts, saving our weekend plans.

Terrible experience! Got charged ~$200 to for an oil change plus "a piece that needed to be replaced". He didn't change the oil, broke the door handle and the car started to make a noise like something was loosening underneath... I wouldn't trust him and I hold him accountable for my wife's life if something happens to her. You should retire sir!
