We have needed County Rescue twice. The first experience was awful with the most rude and uncaring paramedic. He made me feel guilty for calling 911, like it was a waste of his time, wish I could remember his name. This week they transported my child again and they were phenomenal. Dan was so caring and even managed to get an iv started on my extremely difficult to poke girl.
While not related to medical transportation care, I give these folks 5 stars for informing us our lost dog was hanging around (5 miles from home) and allowing us to trample through their property to find her, which we did. Thanks guys! Literally wouldn't have brought her home without you help!
Pete and Brent were great I was having a heart attack and they pretty much saved my life
I'm not exactly sure why all the negative reviews. This was not my experience a few years ago. They saved my life.
Horrible service, I went to urgent care for a note to be approved to work. The dr decided I needed to go to the hospital. The responder was very rude, condescending, and arrogant. As we left the urgent care he stoped the bed & He accused me of going to the hospital just for a note to get out of work. Upon arrival at the hospital he told the nurses in front of me “this is probably the biggest waste of time.” At the hospital it was determined that I had CoVid & RSV, on top of asthma.
