The waiting time is long & they don't give you an estimate of how long it would take the driver to get to their destination. Rude male dispatcher. Unprofessional, awful company.

Always coming minutes/before pick up times!! When they make a small error they make it RIGHT 10-FOLD!! The Berkshire is Happy with this Service!!

Dispatch was mad rude. I called for a cab they said it be 35-40 minute. So I automatically thought It it was 35-40 minute so I didnt go outside for 25 minutes I got out side waited a few minutes called back and asked where the cab was discharge said they already showed up and honked there and I didnt hear a thing I got back on the list was told to wait outside waited for over a half an hour and decided to get an Uber cuz my are frozen i will not use rhat company anymore

Needed an emergency ride late at night and Uber was totally dead and Lyft was insanely expensive and even MORE dead. Tried calling other taxis, and they would not help me. But, thank god I called here. Mike was my driver and he was absolutely amazing. Lovely to talk to him while under so much stress. He made our ride pleasant and he was on time. No complaints at all, will be using again.

The older man who drives the white taxi van should not be driving civilians around. This man was laying on his horn and going off at the mouth at other vehicles all because the vehicles in front of him were stuck at a flashing yellow arrow. He acted like he didn't know how a yellow arrow works and that the on coming straight traffic has the right away.
