Extremely rude dispatcher, sat outside for over an hour, when i called and asked when the ride would be there, dispatcher yelled at me claiming the taxi came by and 3 people were outside arguing, I was alone, no taxi came. He called me a liar and was literally yelling at me. Disgusting business. Needs to be shut down and have its permits revoked!

Worst transportation company I ever seen and mostly because of the guy the answers the phone at dispatch. He's always rude and acts as if he doesn't want anybody using their cabs. Most unprofessional person to have running their business and if they're smart they will get him off their phones. I wish I could give it no stars

This company is absolutely AWFUL. Unless you’re at your last resort and willing to wait an hour or so for a driver who is rude and will sexually harass you, for an overpriced fee as well. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’ve taken this taxi service company multiple times, today will100% be my last. Please please for your own safety (especially if you’re a woman) DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!! Always have pepper spray on you if you do.
