Worst transportation company I ever seen and mostly because of the guy the answers the phone at dispatch. He's always rude and acts as if he doesn't want anybody using their cabs. Most unprofessional person to have running their business and if they're smart they will get him off their phones. I wish I could give it no stars
This company is absolutely AWFUL. Unless you’re at your last resort and willing to wait an hour or so for a driver who is rude and will sexually harass you, for an overpriced fee as well. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’ve taken this taxi service company multiple times, today will100% be my last. Waited 2 and a half hours for a frikin ride to my home that’s not far from here with my newborn and 4 year old son mind you it’s 12am at night rn. This is crazy the hospital even called specifically for a pick up an yall still took 2 hours??? Either get more drivers or get off the street period. Yall barely make money as is anyways. And I see why
The waiting time is long & they don't give you an estimate of how long it would take the driver to get to their destination. Rude male dispatcher. Unprofessional, awful company.
Always coming minutes/before pick up times!! When they make a small error they make it RIGHT 10-FOLD!! The Berkshire is Happy with this Service!!
