This company is very petty, vindictive and unprofessional. In April I submitted two documents to be served. One was a ‘Corporate’ service and the other was ‘Residential.” They sent the Corporate service out without even confirming who they were sending it to and served the incorrect entity. Unbeknownst by me, the company that I was suing was sold and as a layman I had no way of knowing that. That sale also created a change in legal representation so the Summons was rejected. These people are very unprofessional. They don't even confirm the location that they serve and sent my documents to the wrong entity and they were rejected. And they STILL took my money without apology. Then they had the nerve to explain why my service was rejected yet failed to apply the same logic at the outset. Very poor service to say the least.
