Incredibly helpful in finding a replacement part I needed that no one in Didcot stocked. Unfortunately, something else went wrong, but I rang them for a recommendation of a local plumber, who was excellent and everything sorted. Strongly recommend them.
I'm no plumber but they've always had any parts I need for DIY jobs around the house. Always happy to answer my basic questions too.
